OUR STORY
Péra Skopelos is a part of the complex Skopelos Village Residences, built in the early 2000s by the prestigious Skopelos Village Hotel. It was designed to harmonize modern aesthetics with traditional island architecture, consisting of 12 buildings named by different types of Greek winds.
In 2010, the family of the current owners transformed their space - the apartments in the Maistros building - into Maistros Suites, a charming retreat offering authentic hospitality.

Inspired by their deep love for Skopelos and modern design, the family launched Péra Skopelos in 2023. The new concept blends contemporary minimalism with Scopelian heritage, creating a serene, stylish escape.

Stavros, born and raised in Skopelos, first established Maistros Suites, offering warm and welcoming hospitality to travelers.
His daughter Natassa, son George, and their close friend Natasha share a deep love for Skopelos, extensive travel experiences, and a vision for a cozy, minimalist, and peaceful island stay.
Together, they created Péra Skopelos, a place where guests are welcomed with a smile and invited to experience the island’s magic firsthand.
