Péra Skopelos – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information


Welcome to Péra Skopelos! We are delighted to host you and hope you have a wonderful stay. Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all guests staying at our properties. By completing your check-in, you agree to abide by these terms.


2. Guest Registration


  • All guests must provide a valid passport or ID number upon check-in, as required by Greek regulations.

  • The registered guest is responsible for all persons staying in the apartment under their booking.


3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 14:30 to 21:00

  • Check-out: By 09:00 to 12:00

  • Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Check-out Reminder: Kindly leave the apartment in good condition and ensure doors and windows are closed when departing.


4. Basic House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and maintain harmony within our community, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines:


  • Respect for Neighbors: Our Péra Skopelos & Piopera Apartments are located within the Skopelos Village Residencies Complex, a shared residential area. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.

  • Quiet Hours: 14:00-17:00 & 23:00-8:00, as per local regulations.

  • Common Areas: If using shared spaces within the complex, please be considerate and follow the community rules.

  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Feel free to use the outdoor areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • Pets: Pets are welcome upon request. Please ensure they do not disturb other guests or residents. Pets are not allowed at the pool area.

  • Waste & Recycling: Dispose of garbage in the designated bins and help us keep Skopelos clean by recycling whenever possible.

  • Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any visitors must be approved by management.


5. Cleaning & Maintenance


  • Daily cleaning is provided to Péra Skopelos & Piopera Apartments.

  • Linen is changed every 3 days.

  • Our friendly housekeeping team is on site most days (except Sunday).

  • Guests are responsible for keeping their apartment in reasonable condition. Any damages must be reported immediately.

6. Pool & Outdoor Area

  • The pool is for the exclusive use of Skopelos Village Residents and Péra Skopelos guests.

  • No diving or running around the pool area.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Pool Etiquette: Kindly shower before entering the pool and avoid using glassware in the area for safety.

  • You’ll find extra towels in your accommodation to use at the pool, please don’t take these to the beach.


7. Car parking and access barrier


We have limited parking spaces on the complex. There are some extra parking spaces just down the road in a private area. Both areas have barriers and if you are renting a car or motorbike, please ask us for a barrier remote clicker.

8. Stray Cats – Please Do Not Feed Them

We understand that the cats of Skopelos are charming, and it can be tempting to invite them in and feed them. However, we kindly ask that you do not feed stray cats inside the apartments or within the communal areas of the complex. The cats on Skopelos are well cared for by the local community, and feeding them inside the property can create several issues:

  • It puts additional pressure on our housekeeping team.

  • Some future guests may have allergies.

  • It can lead to health and hygiene concerns for both guests and residents.

  • If you’d like to help the stray cats, we recommend supporting local animal welfare groups that care for them in a sustainable way. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  • 8. Liability & Safety

  • Péra Skopelos is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal

  • belongings. Guests are advised to use safes where available.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

  • 9. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made within the agreed policy period will be refunded according to the booking terms.

  • No-shows and early departures may be subject to full charges. 10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Guest information is collected solely for check-in and legal compliance. We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

11. Agreement & Consent

By completing check-in, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
